I stayed with my family for 4 nights in the Signature Family Suite. The room was spacious and had a great layout for all four of us. A toddler. It was super convenient with a bus stop right outside, and we loved the nearby playground for our little one. Overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

The bathroom was tiny, and the room felt outdated, but the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom cramped and needs cleaning improvements!!! The lack of room plugs is quite frustrating!!! The air-conditioning unit maintenance is lacking, causing unpleasant odors!!! Asking for towels daily is inconvenient!!!

the location made it super easy to stroll to Nishiki Market in just 10 minutes, enjoying great eats along the way, and I loved that the bus stop to Kyoto train station was right in front of the hotel, making it hassle-free to explore the city and beyond.

The stay was enjoyable with a comfortable bed and a spacious room layout. However, the lack of basic amenities like sufficient plugs and towels every day was a bit inconvenient. The room design also did not match the photos that were advertised. Overall, it offers a unique experience but with room for improvement in service and facilities.

The hotel is perfectly situated just a 10-minute walk from the lively Nishiki market, making it easy for us to explore local delicacies. We found the facilities impressive, as our tatami room was both spacious and cozy, equipped with modern amenities. The cleanliness was impeccable, enhancing our overall comfort significantly.

The only downside was the small elevator, which could make it a bit inconvenient during busy times.

Room was super spacious with a cozy vibe! Loved the little balcony for fresh air. Staff were genuinely super helpful, and the location makes it easy to hit up the train station and shops nearby.

Staff are friendly and multilingual, making communication seamless. The location is fantastic, with multiple eateries and easy access to public transport right outside. However, the room was disappointing. stained walls and a dated appearance do not reflect the photos online. While other hotels nearby offer better value, the recent renovation was limited to the lobby, leaving the guest rooms overlooked.

The Essential Tatami room was a wonderful blend of comfort and culture with ample hooks to keep our belongings neatly organized. Cleanliness stood out significantly, making our family feel right at home. Plus, waking up to the breathtaking mountain view each morning was an amazing bonus! !

While the stay was overall enjoyable, the hotel could benefit from expanding its dining options.

The room was bigger than expected with a cozy setup for our family. I loved the super comfy beds and the great amenities like the washer-dryer, but the size felt a bit cramped overall. Would definitely stay here again!
